today i work afternoon shift =/ While working, i was thinking.. why this place is so bored =.=" REALLY BORED SIA! i so sian... when my incharge only know hw to say push sale, smile more , today target is what.. -_- She don't allow us to talk at all.. therefore me n my colleague already got 0% teamwork =)

Being a incharge should be strict, but if overstrict.. the staff performance will be low and motivation of the staff to work harder is much more lower. If want a staff to work for you, you must win his heart. But not keeping an eye on him for the whole day =/

She not really a good incharge because in her mind, everything is the commission -_- Even when i tell her i got fever, she didn't ask me to go home.. and she still put me in cashier because i very sian and don want to serve customers. She keep ask me to put on a smile when she know i got fever.. I still like my previous in charge.. hahazzz Well!!~~ no choice la, work mean like tt.. woo yaoo reennn =p

But i really wanna change job k!! Kk i don't nag le.. i go sleep =)
